It could be fake, look at the front wheel it is slightly disfigured in places and there is a small flatspot in the actual tire. And anyway it is a cheap crapy bike so he probly undid his front wheel deliberatly, look at the smile on his face.(surly he would look a little bemused) so either way it is deliberate.
